If your client is pushing the machine to his limits in more than 70% of the labour time. (Speaking about weight on the turntable Ø1500mm 1.350kg and Ø1650mm 2.000kg) we advise to change to rolls FS4.0168 to rolls FS4.1017

Check the fixing screws of the turntable. If the bolts with hardness 8.8 are inserted, we advise to change this to code N1.2183 (Hardness 10.9)

Special maintenance for carriage C2 / FS11x – FS13x

Photocell for black goods:
N5.2638 for black film with reflection.
N5.2651 for dark goods with low or no refelction.
