Gearboxes are wearing parts. After some time it could be that the turntable of the machine doesn’t remain in his ZERO position.
It can be moved by feet or forklift truck in an very easy way. The ZERO position (proximity under the turntable) has still the same function and is working without any problems.
So you understand when the tuntable has been moved manually after de-loading of the pallet, it doesn’t return in the same position back with the next pallet. Because the machine will always respect his ZERO position.
The problem which we can face is just from an mechnical point of view, in combination with working circumstances at the final customer.
For example with two ramps or with a small conveyor on the turntable.
